Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your order. If you have a specific issue with your package please contact us before opening the items.

Due to the personal nature of our products we do not allow returns on opened or used items.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 15 days for an exchange or a full refund of the item price.

We are unable to return items without prior authorization.

Please contact us within 15 days to request return authorization and procedure before returning your item(s).

Please, securely re-pack the items you are returning. At this time, we are unable to offer free return shipping, so if an item is returned, we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping.

Note: If your lip balm becomes melted during shipping you can put it in the refrigerator to return it to it's normal state.
