Shipping Policy:

We currently offer $5 flat rate shipping or Free Shipping for all orders over $40 (US orders only).

International Shipping:
In addition to shipping anywhere in the US , we are now currently offering shipping to Canada , Australia , Sweden and the U.K. via USPS First Class Mail International Package (for items totaling up to 3 pounds) and USPS International Priority Mail. Rates currently start as low as $2.23 (First Class) / $19 (Priority) to Canada and $2.44 (First Class) / $26.50 (Priority) to the UK.

We are currently adding countries based on interest. If your country is not listed please feel free to contact us to inquire about ordering.

We reserve the right to contact you if any modifications to the international shipping costs are necessary.

Processing:
Orders received will usually ship within 2 business days. More importantly, all orders should be received by the customer within the shipping timeframe chosen during checkout.

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with Delivery Confirmation number (when available), so that you can track your package via the carrier's website.

Expedited Shipping (US Only):
If you would like to receive your order at an expedited rate, we are pleased to offer "Priority - 3 to 5 Business Day" and "Rush - 2 Business Days". Extra fees apply when using these methods. Applicable fees will be noted during checkout. For 2 Day Shipping, orders must be received weekdays by 9am to ensure shipped out the same day. 2 Day orders after 9am or on a weekend will be shipped the next business day.

2 Day Shipping is available in the contiguous 48 US states only.

Backorders and Out of Stock Items:
Generally, all products are in stock, unless noted on the website. However, from time to time, stock items become backordered during the course of a day. When this happens and will affect the normal shipping time frame, you should be notified via email which items are backordered and given a date range in which they will be shipped. If needed will ship the in-stock items right away and send your backordered items as soon as we receive them.

• All orders may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority, USPS Parcel Post, FedEx or UPS Ground at our discretion unless a specific .
• We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping method on an order, from one that was originally purchased (at no charge to the customer).
• AFL/PO Boxes must ship via USPS.
• Please ensure that you provide the most accurate shipping information possible, and the recipient's phone number where possible. Due to rising postage and fuel costs, we can no longer send packages for redelivery at our expense. Redelivery fees are $20.
• Abandoned Packages: Many of our smaller parcels are shipped using USPS. Occasionally, the postal service cannot deliver to your address for a number of reasons. Should they leave notice with you, and you fail to pick up the package from the post office, and it is returned to us, we will charge a $20 redelivery fee. Alternatively, we will refund the cost of your order, minus a $10 restocking fee.
